I laugh when the auto makers whine about meeting fuel efficiency standards.  Plug-in hybrids like this hummer by Raser Technologies (from right here in Utah), are the future of the automotive industry.  By dragging their collective feet, the auto makers have missed the boat and are now reaping their reward.  Oh wait, I forgot, you and I are making up for their short-sighted stupidity bailing them out with billions of our own tax dollars.  Nevermind.
